These terms govern use of upgrade.lutronhomeautomation.com and consult requests submitted to Evergreen Home Systems Inc. By using this site or sending a consult request, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
Evergreen Home Systems Inc. is a California corporation owned by Larry Kaiser. Headquarters: 809-B Cuesta Dr. #2141, Mountain View, CA 94040. Phone: (408) 691-9386. Email: larry@evergreenhomesystems.com. This is not a retail showroom. We bring options to you in the home.
2. Services
This site is for Lutron lighting-control and Lutron shade upgrade, installation, repair, and support only. We do not sell HVAC, home theater, or unrelated smart-home packages on this campaign site. Lutron is a trademark of Lutron Electronics Co., Inc. Evergreen is an independent installer and is not Lutron corporate.
3. Consultations and quotes
- In-home consultations requested through this site are free and by appointment.
- A website form, email, or phone call is a request for information, not a contract.
- Prices, product availability, and schedules are confirmed in a written quote or agreement.
- Work begins only after you accept the quote and any required deposit in writing.
4. Service area
We serve Silicon Valley and nearby Bay Area communities listed on our locations page. Submitting a zip code does not guarantee that we can take the job.
5. Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact and property information, lawful access to the home at the scheduled time, and a safe working environment. You are responsible for obtaining any HOA or building approvals that apply to your property.
6. Warranty
Workmanship is covered by our one-year warranty and satisfaction guarantee, described on the Warranty page. Lutron products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Nothing on this site is a lifetime guarantee or a promise of energy savings, home value, or specific lighting scenes unless those items are written into your signed agreement.
7. Website use
You may not misuse this site, attempt to disrupt it, submit false consult requests, or use it to send spam. All site content is owned by Evergreen Home Systems Inc. or used with permission. You may not copy it for a competing business.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by California law, Evergreen is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Our liability related to website use is limited to $100. This does not limit rights you have under a signed installation contract or under non-waivable consumer law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Santa Clara County, California have exclusive venue, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above will change when we do. If you do not agree, stop using the site.
