Older RadioRA 2, HomeWorks, or mixed keypads can usually be upgraded. We keep compatible Lutron devices and replace only what the new processor requires.

In-home visit
We come to the house, look at the panel and existing Lutron gear, and talk through how you want rooms to feel.
Draft plan
You get a written scope: RadioRA 3, HomeWorks, or Caseta, what stays, what gets replaced, and the install window.
Install & program
Processors, dimmers, keypads, and shades go in. Scenes, schedules, and app access are set before we leave.

Questions after the first week are normal. You call the same team, not a generic electrician.

What does a Lutron upgrade cost?
It depends on the processor, how many dimmers and keypads stay, and whether shades are part of the job. The free in-home visit produces a written scope before anything is ordered.
How long does install take?
A Caseta room can be a short visit. A RadioRA 3 or HomeWorks upgrade is planned around the house, then programmed before we leave. We give you the window in the written plan.
Which Lutron system do I need?
Caseta is excellent for wireless rooms. Larger homes often fit RadioRA 3. Luxury or highly custom houses often need HomeWorks. The consult decides that — not a package on a website.
