Evergreen Home Systems Inc. (“Evergreen,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect on upgrade.lutronhomeautomation.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written for Google Ads, lead-form, and California privacy requirements, and for anyone who requests a Lutron consult.
Notice at collection. If you submit our consult form, we collect your name, email, phone number, zip code, project type, and message so Larry can respond, schedule an in-home visit, and provide Lutron upgrade or installation service. We do not sell your personal information.
1. Who we are
Evergreen Home Systems Inc. is a Mountain View, California company owned by Larry Kaiser. We provide Lutron lighting-control and Lutron shade upgrade, installation, repair, and support. This campaign site is operated for that business.

- Phone or email conversations you start with Larry
- Information needed to quote, schedule, or complete a job at your home

- Basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, date/time)
- Cookies and similar technologies needed to run the site and, if enabled, to measure ads. See our Cookie Policy.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16, and this site is not directed to children.
3. How we use information
- Respond to consult requests and provide quotes
- Call, text, or email you about your Lutron project
- Schedule and perform in-home visits
- Service, warranty, and support after installation
- Operate, secure, and improve this website
- Measure advertising performance (including Google Ads conversion measurement) when those tools are used
- Comply with law and protect the business against fraud or abuse
4. How we share information
We share personal information only as needed to run the business:
- Service providers that host this website, send email, and store form submissions (including our web host and Contact Form 7 / Flamingo on WordPress)
- Google, if we use Google Ads, Google Analytics, or conversion measurement. Google’s policies apply to that processing. See Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses advertising information.
- Professional advisors or authorities when required by law or to protect our rights
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your consult details with data brokers. We do not rent our customer list.
5. Google Ads, measurement, and your choices
If we run Google Ads to this site, we may use cookies or conversion tags so we know whether an ad led to a consult request. If we use enhanced conversions or similar measurement, hashed information from a form submission (such as email) may be sent to Google to measure ad performance. We will only do that in ways that comply with Google’s customer data policies and applicable law.
You can control Google ads personalization at adssettings.google.com and review Google activity at myactivity.google.com.
6. Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site and contact form working. Advertising or analytics cookies are used only if we enable those tools. Details and opt-out options are in our Cookie Policy.
7. How long we keep information
Consult requests and related emails are kept as long as needed to respond, complete work, honor warranty, and meet legal or accounting needs. Server logs are kept for a short operational period. You may ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.
8. Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are emailed to Larry and stored in our WordPress admin. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please do not send payment card numbers through the consult form.
9. California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising except as described above for Google advertising measurement, which you can control through Google’s tools and by contacting us.
